Our Emergency Response Mobile App
Our team takes immediate action when they arrive at your location. We provide a detailed assessment and a course of action to future-proof your roof, then communicate all of it to you through our Emergency Response System (ERS).
The ERS means that within 24 hours of completing your emergency repair, we send you photos of exactly what was repaired, along with an estimate detailing what a permanent repair would take.
What the app does
- Next Day Service — submit planned, non-emergency requests such as preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs or alterations.
- Service History — a full history of every service request submitted through the app, with time and date, facility, contact, request type and any notes.
- Stored facility information — your contact and facility details are saved on your device, so multiple requests or multiple facilities are only entered once.
- Multiple devices per user — all information syncs automatically between devices, so nothing has to be updated by hand.
Our Emergency Response System
Our custom-built Emergency Response System (ERS) manages the process and communicates with clients quickly. We provide an interim ERS report while still on site, so you can see in real time where the roof leak is and what was done to repair it.
Our service crews use a custom internal app to communicate time of arrival, discussions with on-site contacts, a description of the emergency and the actions needed to fix the leak. It makes the work more accountable and more efficient.
